You know a new season is starting when you talk a walk in the park and you see the leaves scattered on the ground, the mix of yellow and green and the tranquility of the scenery envelopes you...the weather is turning cold and windy and yes, the much needed rainfall that Melbourne craves since there is a water restriction order. But hopefully the water catchment areas are "capturing" the rain water coz if not, then whats the point of raining then, not that the weather is hot to begin with.
